Vetnosis Limited acquires Wood Mackenzie's Animal Health Business

Edinburgh, UK - 4^th January 2008 - Vetnosis acquires Wood Mackenzie's Animal Health Business through a Management Buy-Out

Vetnosis Limited has acquired Wood Mackenzie's Animal Health Business through a management buy-out led by Tim Evans, the former Head of Animal Health, and Nigel Chapple, Principal Analyst.

Vetnosis has acquired the rights to all the Animal Health research products and databases, including the highly respected Animal Health Service, the industry's leading reference source since 1986 and the Veterinary Portfolio Analysis Tool.  The deal includes all the IPR, goodwill, resources, assets, and ongoing contracts, ensuring full continuity of service to clients.

Tim Evans, Managing Director of Vetnosis said, "This management buy-out was important to ensure the continuity of our existing research products and consulting services and continue the investment in new products, tools and databases for our clients."

The portfolio of Vetnosis research products and consulting services will be delivered by the same team of analysts and consultants with access to the same resources.
